Circulare is an investment group building a new model of football club ownership, one where supporters hold a stake alongside investors. So the mark is a ring: a centre circle, a crowd around a pitch, two sides that only make sense together.

The Circulare brand guidelines, spreads laid out on a dark ground around the green ring.

Two sides, one ring.

Investors and supporters want different things from a brand. One wants to see rigour, the other wants to feel something. Circulare needed both in the same mark, so the ring does two jobs at once. Whole, it is the centre circle and the crowd around it. Cut into arcs, it is two groups facing each other across the same line, apart but joined.

The rest of the system stays out of its way. A dark surface, green held back for the words that carry the point, and a plain voice that states the model without selling it. The website makes the case to both audiences on the same page: what Circulare is building, how, and where supporters fit in.
